Having an accountability partner can really make a difference to you reaching any goals you may have. So, when it comes to fitness, nutrition and overall health I am here to be your accountability trainer. At the beginning of the month we will have a 30 min consult to discuss your goals and everything you are wanting to accomplish. During the week I will reach out to you by text to check in and make sure you are on schedule with your daily task. At the end of each week we will have an end of the week call to discuss the week and our plan for the following week.
