How does purchasing a program work? 

The first Monday of every month is the start of each program. The Friday prior to the start of the programs you will receive the link to the email address you provide at checkout.

 

Do you offer refunds?

There are no refunds for the fitness programs/meal plans. For merchandise you must return items within 3 day of delivery. If the item is purchased on sale there are no refunds, all sales are final.
