This program is designed for my Intermediate to Advance fitness ladies. You already know how to track your food and just need help with accountability and progressing with your fitness. Menus are not provided with this program but I will still provide nutritional guidance as you plug your food into MyFitnessPal.
A link to download the App will be sent to the E-mail you provide at checkout and will go out the last Friday of the month/(the Friday prior to the program starting). If you order after that time frame you will get placed in the program within 24 hours. The program starts the first Monday each month.
